STEYR ARMS STM556

The first AR15 from Steyr Arms with a monolithic upper receiver in the well-known high-end Steyr quality. The weapon was originally designed to allow STEYR ARMS to also participate in tenders for AR15 systems after the market for bullpups like the Steyr AUG is limited. In Germany, the weapon participated as the RS556 with Rheinmetall in the tender for the new German assault rifle. Now they are available as civilian semi-automatics, a small quantity of only 350 pieces came onto the market.
